Please review the warranty policy below, and consult your nearest Authorized Obsession Dealer if your bow needs repair. If necessary, they will contact Obsession on your behalf for assistance. Each bow has a unique serial number which will be required, along with the original owner’s first and last name to obtain warranty service. Please note: Authorized Obsession Retailers may charge for service work that accompanies warranty fulfillment.
Your Obsession bow is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original registered owner when purchased at an Authorized Dealer, for the life of the original owner. Bows purchased on ArcheryTalk, Amazon, eBay or any other auction site are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. This includes all bow parts. All warranty claims are processed through an Authorized Obsession Dealer. Your Authorized Obsession Dealer will contact an Obsession Warranty Technician on your behalf. Any and all warranties, written or implied, are void with any alterations to the bow including cosmetic refinishing.
Limited Lifetime Warranty is available only to the Original Owner and is not transferable! Original proof of purchase must be provided.
Obsession Bows shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if Obsession Bows has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Please note: Obsession Bows reserves the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts or custom colors and camo patterns. Authorized Obsession Dealers may charge for warranty work performed.
